Celebrate the changing seasons and your own creative flow in this relaxing two-hour mixed media workshop with artist Kacie Lyn Martinez. You’ll be guided through intuitive drawing techniques to make twelve small scenes—one for each month of the year—capturing moods, colors, patterns, and shapes that feel meaningful to you. You’ll have access to pens, paints, and markers to create your calendar on a series of 12 cards that are 7” x 5”.  Light snacks and all supplies are included.

Whether you’re inspired by ocean horizons, desert blooms, or quiet inner landscapes, this is your chance to create a one-of-a-kind 2026 calendar that reflects your unique perspective. No art experience necessary—just curiosity and a willingness to play with color and intuition.

Your Guide: 

Kacie Lyn Martinez is a mixed media artist and facilitator who guides people to reconnect with their creativity through mindful, intuitive artmaking. Her workshops—offered everywhere from corporate spaces like Sony Pictures to women’s shelters and community centers—help participants slow down, explore their inner landscapes, and express themselves with confidence. Through her warm, reflective teaching style, Kacie creates spaces where art becomes a practice of presence, play, and connection.
