Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, discrepancies may occur, and we may not be able to fulfill all items in your order at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill the available items and contact you regarding the backordered item for restocking or refund options.
2. Returns
At Apostrophe Home, we take pride in offering unique, one-of-a-kind items, each with its own distinct patina and character. We genuinely appreciate your understanding that all sales with us are final, and we don't offer returns or exchanges. Our items often carry a rich history, showing unique patina, age, and wear.
3. Shipping Costs
If applicable, shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping is collected at the time of purchase. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
Domestic shipments typically transit for 3 - 8 days.
4.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. In the event of a holiday, we take measures to minimize shipment delays.
4.3 Change of Delivery Address
Requests to change the delivery address can be accommodated at any time before the order has been dispatched.
4.4 P.O. Box Shipping
We do not ship to P.O. box addresses. Courier services are not available for these locations.
4.5 Military Address Shipping
We ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier services are not available for these locations.
4.6 Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will hold the existing items in your order until the out-of-stock item becomes available. You will be informed of the expected delay and options available.
4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded
If your delivery exceeds the estimated time frame, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of their shipment based on updates from the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel is damaged during transit, please reject the parcel from the courier if possible and contact our customer service team. If you were not present at the time of delivery, please contact customer service for further instructions.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax is included in the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, import duties and taxes will be pre-paid, ensuring no additional fees upon arrival in the destination country. We do not currently offer shipping overseas, including Alaska and Hawaii.
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will accommodate your request, minus any non-refundable credit card processing fees. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
9. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value specified by the courier.

We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
